You know you should be doing something, but don’t know where to start
You don’t need more motivation.
You need a smarter way to train for your lifestyle.

Personal Training
Tailored to your body's need
My coaching is designed for busy individuals who need training that adapts to their schedule and lifestyle. Sessions are available in-person or online, with a flexible hybrid approach that meets you where you’re at each week. Whether that’s building strength, improving mobility, or managing ongoing aches and stiffness.
Strength
Rebuilding From the Inside Out
Strength is the foundation of how you move, feel, and age well. For people who sit for long hours and live under constant pressure, building real strength helps reduce aches, improve posture, and keep your body resilient in everyday life, not just in the gym.
Stability
Where the magic happens
If conventional training hasn’t worked for you, it’s often not about effort, it’s about how your body stabilizes under load. This is especially true for hypermobile individuals, where poor control can lead to instability, discomfort, and random unexplained pain. Rebuilding that stability can significantly improve how you move and feel day to day for all individuals.
Mobility
Strength all positions
Flexibility doesn’t always mean control, and feeling tight doesn’t always mean you’re stiff. Both can come from poor stability. Real mobility isn’t built through more stretching, it’s built through strength and control in your weakest ranges.
Confidence
Empower Yourself
The goal is to help you rebuild confidence in how your body moves, so you feel stronger, move more freely, and naturally carry yourself with more confidence in how you feel, look, and present yourself

Why Traditional Training Hasn’t Worked for you?
Most trainers have a fantastic knowledge base for the everyday person. Injuries are something many are great at adapting around. But it gets confusing when one day a movement feels great, there is no actual injury, and the next day that same movement feels almost impossible. A lot of these issues can compile and it always seems to come down to 'lack of motivation of just try harder'. But with so many different bodies and minds this is not always the case, this is why even if you've tried Personal training before, they might just not be the best fit for you.
A lot of people have gone to the gym, got injured did physio and the rehab… but years later that same spot flares up again or sets off a chain reaction somewhere else. It feels never ending, and to top it off stress, weather changes ,and lack of sleep makes consistency feel impossible as your body goes into chaos each time. You blame yourself, feel guilty about lack of progress and wonder why you started this journey.
At that point you either give up, or you keep pushing in a conventional way with small adaptations. You are doing everything you can, but it feels like your progress is going backwards. You keep getting older, more sore, more stressed and have no idea how you will enjoy your hard earned retirement with a broken body.
Group classes sound like a great solution. Go at your own pace, right? Other's can help give you motivation?
But it is easy to get caught up in the energy and just push through. It feels great in the moment. You ride the adrenaline high. Then you are wiped out for the next week and cannot train at all, you've flared up again, sore, sick you name it.
What most people do not realize is how important slow, foundational movement really is. Learning the difference between when to push and when you need to listen to your body. Moving at a pace that helps you rebuild instead of break down.
I learnt this the hard way. I went from competitive, high performance sport to struggling to hold a 3 kg weight at one point. The missing piece was understanding a more holistic and stability focused way to train.

About me
I hear you, I was once there guilty for letting myself go, broken body and low on confidence.
My name is Zichxyna.
I was the high-performing sports kid, always training, always pushing, until a after battling for years with shoulder pain, I was recommended surgery or to quit at 17. I had already been fighting this for years and was just to tired and defeated so I walked away.
After that, I never really had a clean return. It became a long cycle of trying to get back into training, then something else would flare up or break down.
Hip pain, back pain, flare-ups, fatigue. It felt like every time I built momentum, my body would remind me it was not fully on board. I was not broken, but I was not reliable either.
What made it harder was that I was doing everything I was told to do. Physios, rehab exercises, gym programs. Nothing felt like it actually fixed the pattern long term. It just kept me managing things rather than moving past them. I kept the sport focused push mentality for too long, and it just kept wrecking me year after year.
At the same time, I watched my mum slowly lose strength and confidence in her body. She did gym and fitness very consistently but the training wasn't building her for the future. General training kept making things worse and mobility decline started. Simple things started to feel harder for her. It was not dramatic, but it was real, and it made me question what we actually mean by “healthy training”.
Over time and through throwing myself into studying more about the body I realised it was not just about pushing harder or stretching more. It came down to a more holistic training mentality, control, how the body stabilizes, how it handles load, and whether it feels safe and consistent in everyday movement.
That changed everything about how I trained.
Now I work with busy adults who feel stuck in that same loop. They train, they stop, they start again, and they never quite feel like their body is working with them.
We rebuild from the ground up with strength, stability, and control so movement starts to feel consistent again instead of something they are constantly trying to fix.
Because the goal is not to get back to how you used to be. It is to build something that actually holds strong,. gives you confidence and rewards you back.

FAQ's
Do you bring equipment?
Yes, I bring the basic equipment needed for our sessions. I do recommend having some basic bands or weights at home so you can get the most out of your training between sessions. I can recommend you equipment once we have created a program for you.
Is there travel fees?
Travel is included for clients within my service area. For locations outside this zone, a travel fee may apply
What if I've got a injury or illness?
We will discuss any injuries or health concerns before beginning. If needed, medical clearance may be required, and I can work with your health professional to build a safe and appropriate program.
Do you offer weight loss programs?
My focus is strength, stability and long-term body confidence. While body composition can change as a result, I do not run high-intensity weight loss programs. In cases where weight loss is medically recommended, strength and stability remain the foundation of the approach..
What happens after the intro sessions?
After your intro package, we will discuss the best plan moving forward based on your goals, schedule and progress. There is no pressure to commit.
What are your training hours?
Currently for in-home training I only have Mornings and early afternoons available. I may be able to have some flexibility on some weeks if needed but in general these are the times I will be available for your sessions.
