Hello

My name is Zichxyna, and I would love to support you on your movement journey. With a background in sport and teaching, I combine experience, empathy, creativity and an ever-growing knowledge of strength and stability to create a truly personalised approach. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported and confident as you rebuild your body in a way that feels sustainable and strong.

My Story

My name is Zichxyna, and I’ve been there more times than most people would believe. I was the high-performing sports kid whose world fell apart when I needed a shoulder reconstruction at 17. Being so young and being sick of seeing physios and specialists years after years,  I decided to not get the surgery and walk away from my dreams and focus on my other passions which was music. But I always felt disappointed in myself and that I was ‘giving up’ and disappointed those around me.

Then came the hip pain, back pain, constant shoulder issues, fatigue, dizzy spells, exercise intolerance, and random injuries that didn’t make sense. Doctors couldn’t find much and being young and ‘fit’ didn’t make sense, and it got to the point where it started affecting my lifestyle and confidence. I kept trying to “restart” fitness like everyone says to do… but it always seemed to trigger another cycle of flare-ups.

At the same time, I was watching my mum slowly lose her strength and mobility too. Seeing her struggle with things that used to be easy was honestly one of the biggest wake-up calls for me. It made me realise how quickly life can shrink when your body stops feeling reliable. Helping her was one of the first reasons I started diving deeper into mobility and strength training properly — not just to “exercise”, but to actually build a body that can handle what ever life throws are you.

Eventually I realised the missing piece wasn’t more stretching or more willpower or structure— it was learning how to build strength and stability properly and treating your body with a more holistic approach. That’s when I started to understand that a lot of my issues were linked to hypermobility/HSD. Being bendy sounds like a good thing… until you realise it’s not just your joints — it can affect your whole body, and it can genuinely feel like you’re slowly falling apart.

Now I coach women (especially 45+) who feel like their body is unpredictable, painful, exhausted, or breaking down. My goal is to help you rebuild strength, stability, mobility and confidence in a way that feels safe, sustainable, and actually supportive of your nervous system — not the “go hard or go home” approach that usually makes things worse. “Movement is a journey"… and we’re rebuilding from the ground up,

If you’re ready for a different approach, reach out and let’s chat.

Are we a good fit?

Chronic pain and fatigue mess with your whole life. One day you feel strong and capable, the next day you can barely get up the stairs or get off the couch. It’s frustrating, confusing, and honestly… it can destroy your confidence. You've been to the doctor to get it checked out, get endless tests done but the general advice of just exercise and eat well leaves you feeling confused.

And the gym? The gym can feel like a nightmare, especially on your bad days. You don’t want to feel like you’re in the way, asking for help, trying to figure out what to do, feeling clumsy or embarrassed, or worrying people are watching you. You might want to get fit again, but your body feels unpredictable and you don’t trust it. Even though the gym is a generally very friendly place it doesn't feel that way to you, training at home in your comfort zone helps bring more consistency. But you feel lost how to get back on track.

Maybe you’ve tried training before and it backfired. You pushed through a few weeks, did a group class, a bootcamp, or a program someone swore would help… and instead you ended up with pain flare-ups, exhaustion, or even getting sick. After a while it starts feeling hopeless, like you’re constantly fighting your own body just to do basic movement.

A lot of women have even built a home gym because they genuinely want to improve their health… but every time they try to use it something hurts, or the exercises just don’t feel right, and they end up feeling lost and stuck again.

If this sounds like you, I would love to help you start a new movement journey that actually makes sense for your body.
